Assembled in our own workshop, we can offer a wide range of capacities.  With 4 different diameters the volumes range from 3.9m³ to 49.8m³.  In terms of tonnage, this is equivalent to silos holding anything from 2.5 to 30.0 tonnes.  A further option is to have pneumatic or mechanical filling.  It is also possible to have both systems on 1 silo.

The galvanised steel used in these silos has galvanisation 25% above the standard for the industry.  This, along with the profile of the body sheets, reduces temperature fluctuations within the silo.

The bolts used are encapsulated on the outside to prevent corrosion, and we do offer a 5-year warranty against perforation caused by corrosion.

The quality of materials used in these silos means that they conform to the very strict German DIN-norm 18914.

Feed flow is excellent due to the metal sheet surface in MB-quality giving low friction and the hopper plates are without obstructions.

Optional extras available include: Bin Valve - for filling barrows etc., Hopper valve – for “bagging-off” feed, bin entry hatch and additional feed viewer windows.
